Respondent/Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the second condition imposed by the Principal Session Judge, Tirunelveli, in Cr.MP.No.2110 of 2021 dated 17.3.2021 permitting the petitioner to report before the Judicial, Magistrate, Sankarankovil instead of respondent police.

Order :This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANDHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition to direct the petitioner to appear before the Judicial, Magistrate, Sankarankovil instead of respondent Police as per the order dated 17.03.2021 made in Cr.MP.No.2110 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Session Judge, Tirunelveli.
