ORDER
The present petition was disposed of on 06.03.2026 and it is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" on the ground that the sentence reported by the Court has not been reflected properly in the order.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court has directed the police officials not to interfere in the civil dispute. However, the same has not been recorded in the order.
3. Considering the above said facts, the last line in paragraph No.4 shall be substituted as follows:- The police officials shall not interfere in the civil dispute. On the other hand, if any cognizable offence is made as against the petitioners, the third respondent shall proceed in accordance with law.
4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy. 16.03.2026 RJR 2/4
