ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD)No.130 of 2026 on 07.01.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP. (MD)No.130 of 2026 on 07.01.2026 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 05.02.2026 regularly and the investigation is completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, and the same has not yet been taken on file. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.130 of 2026 on 07.01.2026, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
