Prayer: This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C. to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the Family Court, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.207 of 2020 in M.C.No.48 of 2017 vide order dated 20.02.2021 in so far as it relates to allowing the petition filed by the respondent under section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 1161 days in moving the petition for setting aside the ex-parte order passed by the said court in M.C.No.48 of 2017 dated 07.09.2017 and set aside the same.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent stated that the respondent herein died. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
