Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that only proceeding under Section 41 (1) (d) and 102 of Cr.P.C. has been initiated and no case has been registered against the petitioner so far.

2.It appears that it is a case of idol theft. So, the petitioner can workout his remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings, if any case is registered against him. 3.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
