ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Butlin Gency, who has been kept in Vidiyal Home as per order passed in HCP(MD) No.1297 of 2014 dated 13.01.2015.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The third respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Subramaniayapuram Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner. She expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner/her father.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the detenu is permitted to go with the petitioner/her father.

5. With the above observation, this Habeas Corpus petition is disposed of.
