ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.2690 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 2690 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 12.02.2026 onwards regularly and the investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.2690 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
