This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.308 of 2015 within a time frame.

Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent conducted the petition enquiry and filed the final report on 24.10.2015, however, it is yet to be taken on file.
