ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/accused Nos.2,4 & 5, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.01.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.10 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.It is a case of double murder where the petitioners herein have been arrayed as one among 21 accused.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost completed and some of the notorious accused have already been detained under Goondas Act. 4.Taking note of the above submission, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi;
(iii) the first petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and the second petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Madurai and the third petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders except https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the hearing date of the Sessions Case and co-operate with the investigation;
(iv) The petitioners shall not abscond either during investigation or trial;
