ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.385 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 385 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 05.02.2026 onwards regularly and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, and trial was also commenced and 3 witnesses have been examined. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD) No.385 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate as and when required.
