This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today, Mr.J.Thangadurai, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Junction Police Station, Tirunelveli City is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is an accused in P.R.C.No.7 of 2017 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli and that when the police went to serve the summons on the petitioner's son, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
