PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the enquiry of the petitioner complaint dated 14/03/2022, on the file of 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent conducting an enquiry under the Code of Criminal Procedure. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the enquiry of the petitioner complaint dated 14/03/2022, on the file of 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent conducting an enquiry under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 14.03.2022 to the respondents 1 to 3 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
