Heard both sides.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order dated 12.12.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.1102 of 2021, the document presented by the third respondent was registered and also released. 3.Nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for establishing his rights.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
