ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2016 and investigate the same and file the final report within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have not received any complaint from the petitioner, however, if the petitioner gives a fresh complaint, the second respondent police will conduct enquiry.

4.In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall conduct enquiry on the same.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
