ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.12717 of 2025, dated 04.12.2025.
2.On the side of petitioner it is stated that due to his poor health condition he is unable to travel from Krishnagiri to Thoothukudi to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.12717 of 2025. Hence, this petition.
3.This Court also verified the health condition of the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent also admitted that the petitioner is unable to move from Krishnagiri to Thoothukudi.
5.Considering the nature of offence and the health condition of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed 2/4
on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of one month, thereafter, appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
6.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
