ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.12165 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. The petitioner is residing at Kerala and studying 3rd year Diploma in Tools and Die Engineering at KMCT Polytechnic College, Kozhikode. Due to his academic commitments, he could not able to arrange surety within the time stipulated as per the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.12165 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 04.11.2025 in Crl.OP(MD) No.12165 of 2025, is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
