This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the daughter-in-law of the first and second petitioners and the wife of the third respondent by name Selvi preferred a complaint as against the petitioners and the petitioners are not co-operating for the enquiry.
