The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2026. 1/4

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner's son is an accused and that they had gone to the petitioner's house to enquire about the same. He further submitted that the petitioner herein is not an accused and therefore, he would not be called for any enquiry.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. No costs.
