On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint against the third respondent and petition enquiry is pending. Summons have been sent the third respondent, who has stated that after exams of her children are over, he had come for enquiry.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to proceed with the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
