Today Mr.Sekarsingh from Thiruvattar Police Station, Thiruvattar, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.568 of 2014 has been conducted and the case has been closed as mistake of fact and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and that the learned Judicial Magistrate has issued notice to the petitioner/defacto complainant for his appearance on 01.04.2017. A copy of the notice is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant.

2. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law
