Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ or order or direction more in the nature of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings in ku.A.No/11667/673/Nipi1/UTHAAA.2/Ko.Thani/2013 dated 19.01.2013 and quash the same as far as the transfer clause, transferring the petitioner to Chinthamanipatti Rural Station and further directing the respondents herein to allow the petitioner herein to work as Foreman, AE/Operation & Maintenance/TANGEDCO (urban), Karur.

Prayer in WP(MD). 3052/ 2013 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Impugned Order passed by the 1st Respondent in his Proceedings in Ku.A.No.11668/694/Nipi1/UTHAAA.2/Ko.Thani/2012-2 dated 24.01.2013 and quash the same as far as the transfer clause, transferring the petitioner to Pallapatti E.B. Sub Station and further direct the Respondents herein to permit the Petitioner to work as Helper in Karur Electricity Distribution Circle/Operation and Maintenance/TANGEDCO (Urban).
