O R D E R

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 02.09.2016 in Cr.M.P.No.2209 of 2016 passed by the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli and consequently, to modify the condition imposed by the order dated 30.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1994 of 2016 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tiurunelveli.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear in all future hearings except upon orders under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
