ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS 2023 (Corresponding Section 379 of IPC), in Crime No.149 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused as on date. The case was registered only 4 unnamed accused and they were also arrested.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
