O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioners and their family members on the guise of conducting enquiry by interfering into the matrimonial disputes pending between the first petitioner and his wife B.Nivetha.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today, Ms.S.Priya, Sub-Inspector of Police is present before the Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the complaint given by one Nivetha, petition is pending before the second respondent against the petitioner.

4. The petitioners are directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, they shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
