ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Senthil Rajkumar, S/o.Avudaiyappa Pillai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody in connection with Crime No.36 of 2014 registered under Sections 457 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and to that effect certified copy of the remand report has been filed, wherein it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stated that the detenu has been shown as sole accused in Crime No.36 of 2014, Courtalam Police Station ,registered under Sections 457 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the fact that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

4. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
