ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and Section 66-A of Information Technology Act in Crime No.197 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who is a practising Advocate, while serving in the Office of the Public Prosecutor, got acquaintance with a Woman Sub Inspector of Police through the defacto complainant and started sending obscene messages to her and when it was rebuked by the defacto complainant, the petitioner abused him in filthy language and threatened him in dire consequences, which resulted in registration of the present case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner did not commit any offences as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has two previous cases.

6. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has two previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner
