Today, Mr.S.Ramalingam, Sub-Inspector of Police, Soorankudi is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.39 of 2015 has been conducted and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam on 04.05.2015, whereas, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that they had made verification from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam that the charge sheet has not been filed.
2.
