This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.385 of 2016 under Sections 447, 294(b), 427, 323 and 506(i) IPC by the second respondent Police.
