PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension issued by the respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/375/2024 dated 01.03.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to regularize the services of the petitioner with all monetary benefits.
