ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 409,409 and 420 IPC in Crime No un registered of 2021 of on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the First Information is not registered. He further submitted that the fresh complaints are now being received and yet to register the case.

3. From the typed set produced by the petitioner it is seen that the initially, First Information Report was registered on 25.11.2020 in Crime No.1442 of 2020 and prima facie shows that the petitioner is involved in various acts of stealing the jewels pledged in the bank to the tune of Rs. 1,03,79,954/- and now he has filed the present petition for anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the gravity and nature of offence committed by petitioner and also the fact that the First Information Report not yet registered against the petitioner sofar, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
