ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District to expedite the Trial in CC.No.138 of 2016 within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court.

2.Already this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11447 of 2019, by its order dated 16.08.2019, directed the trial Court to expedite the trial in C.C.No.138 of 2016 and dispose the same, within three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the trial Court could not complete the trial.

3.Considering the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District is directed to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.138 of 2016, within three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearings without fail and co-operate with the trial Court to complete the trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
