No. 42 of 2020, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai and transfer the same before the Learned Principal District Court, Madurai or to any Additional District Court Madurai.
ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 10/12/2020, and letter in D. No.384/2021, dated 08/07/2021 received from the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai for seeking further Extention Three Months time to dispose the case, this court made the following order;
By order dated 10.12.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.42 of 2020, within a period of six months.
2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.384 dated 08.07.2021 wherein, the learned IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Madurai, has requested for extension of three months to comply with the above order.
3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Madurai, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 10.12.2020.
