O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue a legal heir certificate to the petitioner for the death of her husband, namely, Ganapathy by considering her representation dated 03.02.2026.

2. It could be seen from the records that the petitioner had made a representation on 03.02.2026 seeking legal heir certificate for the death of her husband, who passed away on 23.11.2020.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent brought to the notice of this Court that unless an online application is made, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered.

4. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to make an online application to the third respondent and on such application being made, the third respondent is directed to consider the application and pass orders after giving due opportunity to all the interested parties. The said 2/4

exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of online application.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
