The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.20130 of 2017 dated 19.10.2024, wherein this Court has directed the first respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the first respondent has issued proceedings dated 11.04.2025. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if he is so advised.
