Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents 1 to 3 to release the sum of Rs.2,10,893/- (Rupees two lakhs ten thousand eight hundred and ninety three only) with 12% interest till the disbursal of the amount due to the petitioner for construction of 26 toilets in the 3rd respondent Village Panchayat .

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 31.07.2018 in W.P(MD).No.16881 of 2018.
