ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of IPC and 66 D of Information Technology Act, in Crime No. 15 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested on 30.05.2025. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
