RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3019 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD) NO.157 of 2020, dated 18/05/2020 on the file of this Honourable High Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this court, dated 18.05.2020 in Crl.MP(MD) No.3019 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.157 of 2020.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.3118 of 2020 appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 am and 05.00 pm until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition ordered accordingly.
