ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 25.07.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the second respondent to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after receiving the closure report, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
