This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Mr.M.Theivendiran, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Avaniapuram Police Station is present before this Court. On instructions, The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the complaint given by one Soundarya, who is none other than the daughter of the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 06.04.2017.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
