In Crime No. 706 of 2014 on the file of the Avaniyapuram Police Station, Madurai, completing the investigation within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.706 of 2014 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent conducted the petition enquiry and closed as 'mistake of fact' and RCS notice was also served to the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report is not yet received.

Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate(crl side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
