Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the 1st to 3rd respondents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2022 to remove the names of the fourth to sixth respondents illegally added in Patta No.8785 within the stipulated time period fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the names of the respondents 4 to 6 added in Patta No.8785 based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he has given a representation on 09.03.2022 to the official respondents to remove the names of the respondents 4 to 6 in Patta No.8785. According to him, the names of the respondents 4 to 6 have been illegally included in Patta No.8785.
3. Heard Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
4. The petitioner has filed documents along with the Writ Petition in support of his case. It is for the official respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. Admittedly, no final orders have been passed till date in the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2022 referred to supra.
5. Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would also submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry has already commenced. The said statement is recorded.
6. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 and any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2022 seeking for removal of the names of the respondents 4 to 6 alleged to be illegally added in Patta No.8785 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 including granting them the right of personal hearing, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
