Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 31.10.2022 directed learned District Munsif, Nilakottai to complete the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.Nos.31 of 2016 and 77 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order and both the parties were directed to extend their co-operation for the disposal of the suits within the time 2/4

stipulated by this Court. But it is evident from the records that at the request of learned District Munsif, Nilakottai, time was already extended four times and lastly vide order dated 13.02.2025, to dispose of the suit in O.S.Nos.31 of 2016 and 77 of 2018 on or before 23.04.2025.

3. Now, learned District Munsif, Nilakottai, sought time for a further period of three months.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, learned District Munsif, Nilakottai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.Nos.31 of 2016 and 77 of 2018 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 18.12.2025 rgm 3/4
