ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.02.2025 and to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action on the complaint in CSR. No.69 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent.
2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against one Kingsly and Ramachandran and two others for the criminal trespass and abusing the caste name and threaten with dire consequences. But the same has not been considered by the respondents after issuing CSR No. 69 of 2025. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 13.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is 2/5
under consideration and they assigned CSR No.69 of 2025 and the same is pending for enquiry. They will complete the enquiry and dispose of the same within a week.
4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.02.2025 and the respondents also admitted the receipt of representation and the same is under enquiry, this Court recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order.
5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 12.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR 3/5
