ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI, J.) Today, when the matter is called, in the open Court, the detenues viz., Mareeswari @ Manju, aged 22 years, along with the child by name Ananiya, 6 months old and Priya, aged 22 years have been produced by the second respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the petitioner have also been present. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner have identified the detenues. On enquiry, the detenues have categorically stated in the open Court that no one illegally detained them and harassed them. The detenue -Mareeswari @ Manju, who is the wife of the petitioner, has stated that she is willing to go with the petitioner, along with the child. The said statement is recorded.
