ORDER
The petitioner, with an allegation that the third respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner is having several cases to his credit, out of which, some cases ended in acquittal and in view of forthcoming election, in order to maintain peace, a summon under Section 107 Cr.P.C., has been issued in M.C.No.8 of 2024 by the Executive Magistrate and the petitioner herein also executed a bond. Further, he submits that the petitioner was never harassed at any point of time.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
