ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A4, who were arrested on 22.03.2017 for the offences punishable under Section 12(1)(b) of Indian Passport Act, 1967 and Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of IPC., in Crime No.1 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. Based on the information, two Srilankan Nationals with fake Indian Passport were detained on 21.03.2017 near Chennai Airport. They were about to leave India to Germany via Delhi using the fake passport. The police on interrogation of these two Srilankan Nationals found that the fake passport was prepared and arranged by one Malaysian Air Travels at Trichy. As a consequences, the search of the Malaysian Air Travels premises resulted in seizure of nearly 112 documents and most of them were fake and they were certain incriminating materials like Rubber Stamps, Voter ID, Adhar Card and Mark Sheets for getting passport in fake name.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 and A4 submitted that they were only facilitating to get passport and get appointment at the passport office and they are not connected with the alleged crime.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) in his counter in detail had narrated the overtact of these petitioners to get Indian Passport in fake name. Since the investigation is at very nacent stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to these petitioners.
