Bal Sudalaimani and Jeyashree D/o.Bal Sudalaimani aged about 22 and 3 years respectively before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Jeyanthi, aged 22 years and Jeyashree, aged 3 years, wife and daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Cheranmahadevi Police Station has produced the detenu and they have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual aspects and also considering the relationship between the petitioner and detenu, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
