This Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his complaint dated 26.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of prayer sought for in this Petition without and going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and take a final decision within a period of four weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
