:Respondents (The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are suo motu impleaded as per order of this Court dated 09.04.2021) Prayer:This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take action based on the representation of the petitioner Association dated 19.02.2021 and pass orders within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Mr.T.Raja and Mrs.S.Devi Sugumaran, are suo motu added as third and fourth respondents in this Writ Petition. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to take action on the representation made by the petitioner on 19.02.2021. 3.The petitioner Association works for the welfare of the Government Registered Contractors. The Association was aggrieved by certain alleged high-handed action of the impleaded third and fourth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/5
W.P.(MD).No.7660 of 2021 respondents. Hence, a complaint came to be given before the first and second respondents on 17.11.2020.
4.The second respondent on receipt of the complaint, issued notice to the concerned parties and called them for an enquiry. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent submitted that the enquiry has been completed and orders will be passed within the time limit fixed by this Court. 5.Heard Mr.F.Deepak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.P.Athimoolapandian, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent.
6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition and also after considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the complaint given by the petitioner Association after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
