This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, his family members, power agent of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 24.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner and the rival group have appeared before the respondent police and they have given a statement. Based on the statement, petition is closed.
